Technology
Our objective is to encourage and facilitate the responsible and informed use of digital learning tools, allowing students greater freedom of expression in their thoughts, study and aspirations. Through our program, students will be comfortable using existing mainstream technologies, and have the confidence to evaluate new technologies that can assist their academic pursuits and life interests.

Appropriate digital learning criteria are determined by grade level. In the younger grades, some educational games are incorporated to reinforce Literacy and Math skills. Keyboarding lessons start in third grade.
Older students have increasing opportunities to use technology for knowledge exchange, collaboration and connecting with the world beyond Sant Bani. In seventh grade, students receive instruction in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, and guidance on intellectual property and effective internet research tactics. Junior High courses assume the ability to use these tools for completing homework, and some may also integrate class blogs, wikis and digital filmmaking.
